Step 1. Measure underbust (band size)

  • Place the measuring tape around your back at bra-band level, just under the arms.
  • Measure just above the bust where the straps meet the cup.
  • If the number is odd, round down to the nearest even centimeter. This is your band size.

Step 2. Measure upper bust

  • Keep the tape around your back, under the arms, and over the fullest part of your bust.
  • Leave about 1 cm between the tape and your body.
  • This is your bust measurement.

Step 3. Find your cup size

  • Subtract your band size from your bust measurement.
  • The difference (in cm) gives the cup size.
