Refund & Return Policy
At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your consumer guarantee rights above.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, and any hygiene seal or liner intact, in a condition suitable for resale.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- You must request the return within 30 days of delivery. Once we send return instructions, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of that instruction (tracking recommended).
Change-of-mind returns are not available for items that have been worn, used, or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale (a broken or removed hygiene seal/liner indicates the item has been used).
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (your consumer guarantees)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- For a major failure, you choose between a refund or a replacement.
- For a minor failure, we may offer a free repair, replacement, or re-supply within a reasonable time.
- These rights apply to all items, including intimate apparel, shapewear, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale".
- You do not need the original packaging for a consumer-guarantee claim, but we may ask for proof of purchase, and we may inspect the item before providing a remedy.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us through our Return Form as soon as you can. We will provide a refund, replacement, or repair as required under the Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover reasonable return shipping for faulty items.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
Not sure about your size? You may be eligible for one free size exchange per customer under our Perfect Fit Guarantee — subject to the eligibility conditions below. This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To qualify:
- Apply within 14 days of delivery.
- All original tags must remain attached and any hygiene seal or liner must be intact.
- The item must not have been worn beyond trying it on for fit (over your own underwear), and must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
If approved, we'll send the replacement size at no extra cost. Return of the original item is not normally required. We reserve the right to require return of the original item, and to limit the Perfect Fit Guarantee where repeated or excessive claims occur. We may decline a Perfect Fit request that does not meet these eligibility criteria.
Change-of-Mind Limits (hygiene)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your consumer guarantee rights if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:
- Panties and intimate underwear
- Swimwear
- Washing bags
- Items marked as "Final Sale" (this restriction applies to change of mind only and is also shown on the product page and at checkout)
Shapewear bodysuits (thong, brief, shorts): For hygiene reasons these are not eligible for change-of-mind or sizing-related cash refunds. If you have a sizing issue, you are covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee (one complimentary size exchange per customer within 14 days of delivery). Faulty or incorrect shapewear is fully covered by your consumer guarantees, including your choice of refund for a major failure.
Promotional & Bonus Items (e.g. "Buy One, Get One Free")
Bonus or free items received as part of a promotion are not separately eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. If you return a qualifying purchase for a change-of-mind refund, any associated bonus item must be returned at the same time, or its standard retail price will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your consumer guarantee rights: if a bonus or free item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, it is covered by the Australian Consumer Law and we will provide a remedy (typically a replacement, or your choice of refund or replacement for a major failure).
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed): a return fee applies. We do not offer free returns. The return fee equals the actual cost of return shipping and is deducted from your refund.
- Our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item): we cover all costs — replacement or refund including original shipping, return shipping, and any customs/duties paid.
Any change-of-mind return charge reflects our genuine costs only and is not a penalty.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For faulty items or major failures, a full refund (including shipping where applicable) is provided as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact us. Submit our Return Form with your order number, the item(s), a brief reason, and photos of each side of the item(s). We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. All change-of-mind, Perfect Fit, and faulty-item requests go through the Return Form.
Step 2 — Package and ship. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship within 14 days.
Step 3 — Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You remain entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or defective products, and to choose a refund or replacement for a major failure, regardless of any change-of-mind restriction or "Final Sale" designation above.
