Shipping Within Australia

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard shipping is $5.99 and typically takes 6–9 business days.

  • Priority shipping is $7.99 and typically takes 5-8 business days.

  • Orders over $119 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Australia.

Delivery Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@au.celeste-dor.com for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@au.celeste-dor.com with your order number immediately after placing your order.

  • After 30 minutes, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Return-to-sender Orders

If a package is refused by the customer, marked unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the following applies:

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded
